Drug Addiction Paragraph
Addiction means a strong attraction to something harmful. Drug addiction means taking heroin, opium, marijuana, morphine, cocaine, Phensedyl, etc. These drugs are taken for their intoxicating and stimulating effects. Frequent use of these drugs leads a person to death. It is the curse of modern civilization. It is not only a national problem but also a global problem. There are many reasons why people take drugs. Depression is the main reason for taking drugs.
When young people have no hope left, they become addicted to drugs. It can also come from a lack of love from their parents. Drugs have a terrible effect on the human body. People feel drowsiness and lose Appetite. It can damage the brain and the internal functioning of the body. Drug addicts feel severe pain in the body. Treatment of drug addicts is expensive and difficult. The drug problem in Bangladesh has become so serious that thousands of families in cities and even rural areas are being directly or indirectly affected by it.
Recently, international drug smugglers are using Bangladesh as a transit point for the transmission of infection from one country to another. To eliminate this dangerous problem from the country, everyone concerned must create awareness. Parents must be vigilant. Laws must be enforced. So, if every person is sincere in fulfilling his curse, then people will get sick from this harmful thing.
